In addition to the Service Center at our Head Office in Germany, we currently have authorized Service Centers in the countries listed here.
Service Order Process:
- Print and fill out the Service Order Form (pdf) and enclose it along with a printout of any e-mail traffic related to the repair (if available). Complete information is essential for fast processing of your repair.
- Send your product to the address of one of our Service Centers.
- If shipping your product from outside of the EU, please include a proper declaration of goods. Either the invoice for your product or a self self-generated pro forma invoice listing the approximate value of the product is necessary for the declaration. The shipping documentation must also clearly indicate the reason for the return (e.g., returning to the manufacturer for necessary repairs).
- Depending on the current service order volume, it can take approximately 5 business days for the preparation of a price quote. This quote will be sent to you by email.
- After we have received confirmation of the quote from you, the required time for repairs will be approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on the time required for the repair.
- Once we have received payment for the repairs, the product will be sent back to you. Accepted payment methods will be found on the quote.
