You would like a service for your product or does it need a repair?
Then please proceed as follows:
- Please attach the completed service order as a printout to your shipment.
- Send your package to one the given addresses:
(for shipping within the Czech Republic)
(for shipping within India)
- You will receive an automatic email notification once the goods have been received and recorded in the warehouse.
- Our customer service will contact you after a quote has been created. This may take up to 5 working days after receiving the goods.
- After the customers approval of the cost estimate, our agents will inform you about the repair time. The repair can take up to 2-3 weeks.
- For submissions outside the EU, we ask for an official declaration of the goods. For this either the supplement of the invoice or a self-created proforma invoice with approximate value indication is necessary. The accompanying document must clearly state the reason for the return (eg repair, complaint - back to the manufacturer).
